You will work independently on complex features, contribute to system design, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to solve moderately complex to complex technical problems with limited guidance. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance backend services and microservices for the fraud platform in collaboration with architects and product teamsContribute to system design discussions and help define scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutionsImplement cloud-native solutions and actively support modernization of existing applicationsDevelop, test, and maintain high-quality Java-based services following best practices and architectural guidelinesIndependently analyze and resolve complex technical problems, proposing effective and scalable solutionsDrive integration of fraud point solutions into the broader platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and securityConduct and actively contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and improving overall code qualityCollaborate with DevOps and platform teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processesTroubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and availabilityWays of WorkingActively participate and contribute to Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), ensuring delivery of committed workTake
