TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy NoticeTeam OverviewThe LATAM Solutions Consulting and Product Strategy team supports the development and execution of product strategies that strengthen TransUnion’s credit risk solutions portfolio across Latin America. This role will work closely with Product Owners, IT, Consulting, and Sales to align product strategy, delivery, and adoption in the market. The role reports to the Director, Strategic Planning This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the credit risk product portfolio strategy for Latin America, helping drive revenue projections, product adoption, and portfolio growth.Provide strategic direction for new product development, enhancement of existing products, and ongoing portfolio performanceMonitor the product portfolio and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and market understanding.Manage assigned products and support related projects to help ensure product development, implementation, and operating effectiveness.Partner cross-functionally with Product Owners, IT, Consulting, Sales, and other teams to align resources and deliver integrated solutions.Support a simple and effective product delivery process for clients, helping improve client experience and operational execution.Develop go-to-market strategies for credit risk solutions across the region and support Sales teams in promoting solutions and increasing market adoption.Monitor revenue generation and profitability dynamics for assigned solutions to help maximize business performance.Ensure alignment between international and regional strategies and support product updates required by regulatory changes.Required Knowledge And Experiences7+ years of experience in product development, with demonstrated ability to manage and strengthen product portfolios.7+ years of experience in credit risk, including expert knowledge of credit industry best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and solutions in a simplified and persuasive way.Demonstrated ability to innovate new concepts and products, increase revenue, and grow market share through a strategic and disciplined approach.Required Technical SkillsStrong numerical, problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven capabilities to evaluate portfolio performance and identify product improvement opportunities.Fluency in written and spoken English to support regional collaboration and communication.#LI-Hybrid #LI-AR2TransUnion Overview:At TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
