About the RoleAs an Artwork Production Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end packaging artwork process across both the physical and digital worlds. You will be responsible for managing packaging artwork production, print execution, digital pack image creation, and omnichannel product content delivery, ensuring assets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Acting as a key business partner to Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and external agencies, you will drive collaboration, quality, and innovation throughout the artwork lifecycle.What You'll DoOwn and manage the end-to-end packaging artwork process, from adaptive design through print production and digital pack image delivery.Lead artwork projects within Unilever's artwork management system, ensuring delivery on time and in full.Partner with Marketing, Design Agencies, Print Management Agencies, R&D, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and other stakeholders to execute packaging initiatives.Provide technical guidance during the design phase to ensure packaging concepts are technically printable and production-ready.Facilitate pre-production meetings and coordinate agencies, printers, and internal teams to maintain quality and consistency.Manage the creation, approval, and delivery of mechanical artwork, separation files, and digital pack images.Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and ensure critical deadlines are met.Review proofs, approve color standards, and support print quality management activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across artwork, print management, and digital content processes.Serve as a trusted Artwork Business Partner, providing visibility, recommendations, and strategic support for key brands and innovation projects.What You'll Need to SucceedRequired Experience3-5 years of experience in Artwork Management or a related field.Experience in print production, print management, graphic design, packaging development, supply management, or similar functions.Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional and external stakeholders.Technical & Professional SkillsStrong knowledge of packaging artwork production and print processes.Project management expertise with the ability to manage complex priorities and timelines.Experience working with agencies, vendors, and packaging production partners.Strong digital literacy and ability to work with workflow management systems.Fluent English communication skills.Leadership & Behavioral CompetenciesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence without direct authority.Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.Business partnering mindset with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.Ability to embrace change, drive process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What Makes This Opportunity UniqueThis role combines packaging artwork, print production, digital asset management, and omnichannel content delivery into one highly visible position. You will work across global brands, partner with diverse stakeholders around the world, and have a direct impact on how products are represented across both retail shelves and digital channels.Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
