KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead monthly demand planning cycle, delivering robust and unbiased forecasts (baseline + promo + innovations)Integrate inputs from customer/channel trends, innovation pipeline, and promotional activity into the demand planDrive forecast accuracy and bias improvements through analytics and RCAOwn S&OP demand story: identify risks, opportunities, and gap closure actionsCollaborate with Marketing, CD, and Finance to align forecasts with business plansMaintain rolling forecasts (mid-to long-term) and translate demand signals into actionable insights for supply and capacity planningSupport innovation planning including volume projection build-up, phasing, and launch readinessMonitor key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service) and drive performance governanceManage demand variability and respond proactively to market changesEmbed continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and ways of workingLeverage digital tools / analytics to enhance forecast quality and decision-makingREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityProven experience managing forecasting, S&OP, and cross-functional alignmentProficiency in planning systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI, and/or any other analytics platform)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 1 – 3 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / FMCG planning is preferred, but fresh applicants are welcome to applyProven stakeholder management across Commercial, Finance, and Supply teamsExperience working in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning environmentSKILLS & COMPETENCIESDemand Planning & Forecasting (statistical + judgmental integration)S&OP / Integrated Business Planning ProficiencyData analytics (Excel, Power BI; Kinaxis/SAP, Anaplan experience is a plus)Stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong communication, structured thinking, and demonstrates strong business acumenHigh ownership and bias for actionUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
