Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related discipline, with ideally 4+ years of total experience. (experience, 4 years)
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, or packaging materials management. (experience)
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in supplier negotiations and cost management. (experience)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred. (experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools; familiarity with ERP systems and Anaplan will be advantageous. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing and supply strategy for Flexibles packaging materials, ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production and business demand.
• Develop sourcing plans that align with business requirements, supplier capabilities, and market dynamics.

• Drive annual forecasting and demand planning activities, including market trend analysis, volume reconciliation, and demand reviews.
• Manage Anaplan inputs and ensure alignment with Finance, Planning, and Business Units to support accurate procurement decisions.

• Lead innovation and renovation initiatives by identifying new packaging solutions and sourcing suitable suppliers.
• Coordinate packaging trials, material qualifications, and project implementation to ensure timely delivery of business priorities.

• Deliver procurement savings and value creation initiatives through supplier negotiations, cost optimization programs, and leverage of global procurement agreements.
