Customer service: Drive implementation, support the following key corporate initiatives-DR (Dispatch Rate)Planning Related DR Loss reductionReview Critical stocks / OOS, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situationWorking Capital/Cash (Stock) reductionReview overstock / excess stocks, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situationII. Supply Planning Will be responsible for planning End to end FG supply of Imported B&W portfolioTransitions whilst ensuring effective flow of Purchase to payments (P-2-P) cycleEstablish and sustain collaborative/ productive relationship with other UL countries and CMsSet alignments with Sourcing Units, and Collaborative Manufacturers, and sometimes even material suppliers to these SUs and CMs to ensure proper FG availability and secured POs for the frozen leadtime (depending on the source country)Manage Working capital targets of site to agreed management levels through proper inventory management and FG stock modellingSupport innovations and activations by ensuring on time production of pipeline volumesGood to have:Rough cut capacity plan and CU simulations to ensure that adequate and timely investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to RCDSR.
