As a dynamic site supporting multiple brands and categories, the successful execution of innovations and product changes is essential to our competitiveness. Ensuring every innovation lands on time, in full, and with uncompromised quality requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and cross‑functional collaboration.As a key member of the Engineering and Project team, the BW ID Asst. Project Manager -Packing Line will work closely with Production, SUIT, Planning, Maintenance & RND. Reporting to the Cikarang Engineering & Project Manager, this role is responsible to handle all transformation & net productivity project related to packing line, continues improvement also VA-VE to support low cost production in Packing line Cikarang Skin Factory.Job Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing project activities for packing line transformation and net productivity initiatives.Ensure all project and improvement activities are executed on time and comply with safety, quality, and engineering standards.Lead and deliver continuous improvement and VA-VE initiatives for sachet, pouch, bottle & tube in packing lines.Ensure end to end of all project administration from developing User Specification Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test, and Commissioning. Deliver and adopt new technology and best practice for packing line. Develop and drive packing line strategies to support low-cost manufacturing and operational efficiency.Evaluate Risk Assessments for all project and maintenance activities conducted by contractors or third parties, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards.Improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by reducing downtime, eliminating minor stops, increasing line speed, and minimizing waste.Ensure availability and reliability of critical and consumable spare parts, while optimizing inventory levels.Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Safety, SUIT, Planning, Maintenance, and R&D to align project execution with production requirements.Drive transformation projects across packing lines, ensuring successful deployment, performance stabilization, and capability build-up within operations team.Experience & QualificationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringWorking knowledge on project and engineering Experience in handle complicated and high risk taskHave a good leadership and field oriented.Have business mindset, organizational, strategic and cultural awarenessHigh level of communication, technical skill and teamworkAnalytical and sharp with numbers and dataFluent in business English, with Strong communications skills and ability to engage and influence others.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good eye for detailStakeholder management, able to build relationship with people across functions, cultures, geographies, and companiesStrong on execution, energetic and be pro-activeCompetence in engineering software simulation, Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Power BIAble to work independently and virtuallyCurious about what it’s really like to work at Unilever?
