Location - MumbaiReporting to: CDMRole PurposeThe Modern Trade Accounts Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and execution excellence across assigned modern trade accounts and territories. The role plays a critical part in delivering business objectives by strengthening customer partnerships, maximizing in-store execution and ensuring superior availability and visibility of company products.This position requires strong commercial acumen, ability to derive insights/actionable from data, customer relationship management skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth across assigned accounts.Key Accountabilities- Deliver sales targets across assigned accounts and geographic territories.- Drive growth and maintain market share across key product categories within organized retail chains.- Manage customer service and sales operations to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and performance targets.- Ensure high standards of product availability, visibility, merchandising and overall shelf execution across all assigned stores.- Monitor and improve store execution metrics, including store compliance and execution quality measures.- Ensure effective implementation of point-of-sale materials, promotional activities, and in-store activation plans.- Leverage category insights to influence in-store execution and drive sales performance.- Drive speed-to-shelf execution for new product launches and ensure timely replenishment and repeat orders.- Ensure consistent and effective execution of consumer and trade promotions across assigned accounts.- Provide direction and support to third-party field teams to ensure effective execution and achievement of business objectives.Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will demonstrate:- Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and improve performance.- Strong sales and account management capabilities within modern trade or retail environments.- Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.- Strong execution focus with the ability to translate commercial plans into in-store outcomes."All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
