In this role, you will work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and participate as a team member of the Maintenance Department. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with personnel from various departments such as engineering, production, safety, quality, and suppliers. Your ability to communicate clearly and involvement in equipment repair and preventative maintenance will help minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
