Join us as Project Manager / Transformation Manager​Location: Warsaw Head Office, PolandTerms & Conditions: Full-time; Temporary role (6-9 month contract)PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Project Manager / Transformation Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation strategic programme in Poland on behalf of Unilever, ensuring successful execution of all local workstreams across the organisation.This role will lead multi-division coordination across all impacted functions and act as the central point of accountability for programme delivery, stakeholder alignment, governance, risks, dependencies and readiness milestones.In addition, the role will provide the Finance leadership umbrella for the transformation in Poland, leading all Finance-related workstreams and ensuring financial readiness, controls and governance are delivered to the required standard.The successful candidate will bring strong finance experience, proven large-scale transformation or demerger delivery expertise, and the ability to operate with pace and discipline in a complex matrix organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProgramme LeadershipLead the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programme in Poland.Own programme milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.Drive execution, resolve roadblocks, and ensure business continuity throughout the transformation. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate delivery across all impacted functions, including Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Development, and Communications.Align local, regional, and global stakeholders to support programme objectives and drive effective decision-making.Act as the primary interface with the Global Programme Office, ensuring local requirements and priorities are reflected in programme plans. Finance Transformation LeadershipLead Finance workstreams and ensure readiness across processes, controls, governance, reporting, and resources.Manage Finance-related risks, dependencies, and project costs.Partner with Finance teams to deliver all Finance transformation milestones on time and to the required standard. Governance & Risk ManagementManage programme governance, reporting, and executive communications.Identify, mitigate, and escalate key risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure compliance with Unilever governance, legal, and regulatory requirements. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSRequired ExperienceAround 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes.Proven track record delivering demergers, carve-outs, separations, integrations, ERP transformations or equivalent enterprise-wide programmes.Strong Finance background with deep understanding of financial processes, governance, controls and business partnering.Experience leading cross-functional programmes in large multinational and matrix organisations.Experience managing senior stakeholders, executive governance forums and complex decision-making processes.Demonstrated ability to lead delivery in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with multiple dependencies.
