Join us as S2P Operations Manager!Function: Supplier Operations, iGBSReports to: Director, Market Operations PTABScope: S2P Operations - Turkey, KazakhastanLocation:TurkeyTerms & Conditions: Full timeJOB PURPOSEThis role exists to run Source to Pay operations for above region and partner with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to deliver meaningful improvementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring smooth running of invoice to pay operations viaDelivery of KPIs and continuous improvement of operational KPIsEscalation managementEnsure smooth operations of Helpdesk and escalations associated.Stakeholder Management within the markets including Finance, procurement and market leadershipEnsure Controls compliance in operations including adherence to local statutory norms and lead market auditsDrive global and local cost initiatives to ensure delivery of cost and cash glidepathsDrive change and operations governance of global and local transformation programsLed transformation programs to create efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.Manage 3rd party stakeholders to deliver the best in class results (where applicable)Mentor and motivate the team to deliver stellar results and help to achieve their career aspirations.Partner with Global teams such as PEC, Global Operations, other OCs, GCAD etc to enhance current operations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 10 years’ experience in financePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters’ degree: MBA or similar qualificationP2P process and operations experienceAt Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
