In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will serve as a critical partner to the CEO and the leadership team, driving execution on key strategic initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and fostering alignment across the organization. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead high-priority projects on behalf of the CEO, including business development initiatives, innovation strategies, and corporate development efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals. Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and annual priorities, leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Market and Industry Insights: Conduct and present market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analyses to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities. Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and execution of operational processes and programs, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive OKRs, and Board of Directors reporting. Executive Support: Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and engagements, creating high-impact materials and ensuring effective follow-through on action items. Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on company-wide initiatives and objectives. Project Management: Establish and maintain robust project management frameworks to track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results. Organizational Enablement: Identify and drive talent development opportunities across the organization, supporting succession planning and leadership development efforts. About You Educational Background: BA with 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or similar analytical roles; MBA preferred. Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving impactful decisions through data-driven insights. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders. Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and visualize complex data. Detail-Oriented and Big-Picture Thinking: Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to synthesize and communicate strategic insights. Operational Expertise: Experience in driving company-level QBRs, managing OKR processes, and supporting Board-level communications. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Technology Industry Experience: Familiarity with strategic and operational planning in technology or SaaS environments, or equivalent management consulting experience.
