This leader will combine strong organizational leadership with sound technical background in building AI systems, especially Conversational AI products, driving the development of scalable, enterprise-grade platforms powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced conversational AI technologies like Multi-language Speech-to-Text (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Transcriptions, etc.You will partner closely with Product, Data Science, and GTM leaders to deliver impactful, customer-centric innovations—while building and scaling a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization.Core Responsibilities1.
