Write business and technical requirements for developmentDiscuss desired changes with business units and prepare business and technical requirements accordinglyArchitect and define sustainable and scalable solutions for design, development and implementationOversee development and implementation of system enhancements, inclusive of internal as well as third party resourcesAct as the technical point of contact for a broad range of topics from users, ranging from simple to complexAnalyze and validate user errors or issuesPerform root cause analysisProvide response and/or resolution to issues, engaging IT resources as neededWork with external vendors to support integration buildsBuild new, modify and support existing integrationsReview programmer specsStrategize on approach to align best case solution with requirementsTest new or modified application functionality, verifying business and technical requirements.
