Develop detailed project scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation and create project plans in AutoCADPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including CAD drawings, specifications, change orders, and progress reports. Keep project stakeholders informed of key milestones, risks, and challengesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with subcontractors and external vendors to manage project deliverables and resolve any issues that may ariseObtain the necessary permits and approvals for projects. Prepare and submit applications, coordinate with authorities, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that projects meet the highest standards. Perform inspection and address any non-conformities to ensure adherence to design and safety requirementsPromote and enforce a strong safety culture on construction sites.
