The ideal candidate is an accomplished risk leader with extensive expertise in credit card risk, governance, and content review, recognized for driving strategic initiatives through insightful analysis, strong regulatory acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.We are looking for extensive end-to-end experience supporting new-to-market credit card launches. The role requires leadership across concept development, offer calculations, product structure, customer-facing communications (key focus), user experience reviews and UAT testing support. While regulatory, process and product knowledge is important, the critical success factor is the ability to lead, influence, and guide branded partners throughout the product development and implementation process.RESPONSIBILITIESPartners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate.
