Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionThis role supports the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) homebuilder finance business, with a focus on underwriting and managing credit exposure for privately held homebuilders and housing capital sponsors. The position partners closely with origination and portfolio management teams, supporting transactions from initial deal evaluation through ongoing portfolio monitoring to ensure sound credit risk management across the portfolio.Key responsibilities include overseeing accurate and consistent financial statement spreading, preparing quarterly trend analyses and monitoring reports, performing covenant testing, and ensuring compliance with bank credit policies and spreading standards. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive written credit analyses, evaluating portfolio credit quality and risk ratings, and supporting industry and sector reviews.In addition, the role collaborates with internal stakeholders to prepare and present credit requests for approval, including renewals, modifications, extensions, covenant changes, and new-money requests.
