In this role, you will monitor investment balances, track transaction trigger events, approve lien releases, value assets and collateral, and ensure accounts are funded accurately in accordance with governing trust documents. Working with financing agreements and internal controls, you will interpret cash flow requirements, manage asset movements, and collaborate with specialized teams to deliver quality reporting and operational support to Account Managers. This position plays a key role in risk management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all legal and trust document requirements are met while safeguarding transaction integrity.Job Duties:Responsible for cash and collateral activities for structured finance transactions.Monitors investment balances and trigger events, approves lien releases, values assets and collateral, and ensures proper funding of accounts in compliance with governing trust documents.Uses financing documents, along with internal control mechanisms, to interpret the amount and timing of cash and asset movements.
