As a Healthcare Loan Closer, you'll support healthcare and practice finance clients by leading the pre-closing and closing process for a variety of commercial lending transactions.Working closely with Healthcare Relationship Managers and Practice Finance Business Development Officers, you'll help ensure a seamless client experience while coordinating complex loan closings, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre-closing and closing activities for healthcare and practice finance loans, including commercial real estate, construction, term loans, lines of credit, and investment real estate transactionsReview loan approvals and loan documentation prepared by internal teams and outside counselCollect, monitor, and manage required closing documentation and loan conditionsCoordinate with relationship managers, business development officers, credit partners, legal counsel, attorneys, consultants, and title companies to facilitate successful closingsManage fee collection and escrow setup, when applicableCommunicate proactively with clients regarding documentation requirements, timelines, and next stepsIdentify and resolve issues that arise during the due diligence and closing processEnsure compliance with approval requirements, regulatory standards, and bank policiesSupport client retention and relationship growth by delivering an exceptional client experienceBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically seven or more years of job-related experiencePreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience working with closing commercial loans for the healthcare industryConsiderable knowledge of departmental and bank products and servicesProven customer service and problem resolution skillsProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including nCino, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applicationsEffective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsThree or more years of previous real estate loan administration experience or real estate paralegal experienceExperience in receiving and implementing performance feedback and coachingSelf-motivated and results-oriented with excellent organizational skillsExperience deepening relationships over the phone with clientsThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
