Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionThe Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for coordinating the preparation, review, and completion of loan and lease documentation packages in compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, investor standards, and state-specific requirements. This role operates in a structured, on-site, paper-based environment and supports time-sensitive processes, including the release of loan collateral upon payoff and management of vehicle titles across all 50 states. The position requires regular interaction with internal teams, customers, and external partners such as DMVs, dealerships, brokers, and title companies to resolve inquiries and obtain necessary documentation.
