This role operates in a structured, on-site, paper-based environment and supports time-sensitive processes, including the release of loan collateral upon payoff and management of vehicle titles across all 50 states. The position requires regular interaction with internal teams, customers, and external partners such as DMVs, dealerships, brokers, and title companies to resolve inquiries and obtain necessary documentation.
