Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development & ConfigurationDesign, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.)Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classesBuild Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages as neededConfigure declarative solutions using Flow, Process Builder (as applicable), and validation rulesCreate and maintain custom objects, data models, and automation workflowsIntegration & API DevelopmentDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIsSupport event-driven and batch integration patterns across distributed systemsEnsure data integrity and consistency across systemsSolution Design & CollaborationPartner with product owners and business teams to gather and refine requirementsTranslate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architectureContribute to reusable component design and platform standardizationDevOps & Release ManagementParticipate in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Git-based workflows)Support release planning, testing, and deployment activitiesEnsure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and best practicesMaintain high test coverage and adhere to deployment standardsProduction Support & Operational ExcellenceProvide L2/L3 support for production issues and incidentsTroubleshoot Salesforce applications, integrations, and data issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsSupport platform stability, reliability, and performance optimizationSecurity, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure solutions comply with enterprise security, risk, and regulatory requirementsImplement role-based access controls and data protection standardsAligning development with enterprise governance, naming conventions, and data standardsInnovation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system capabilitiesSupport adoption of new Salesforce features (e.g., AI, automation tools)Contribute to platform modernization and technical debt reduction initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceStrong proficiency in:Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing)Lightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce data modeling and schema designExperience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Architect track)Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Financial Services CloudExperience with enterprise integrations (Kafka, middleware platforms, microservices)Experience in regulated industries (financial services, banking, or payments)Exposure to AI/automation capabilities within Salesforce ecosystemKey SkillsSalesforce Development (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL)System Integration & API DevelopmentCRM & Customer Experience WorkflowsDevOps & CI/CDData Modeling & GovernanceProblem Solving & DebuggingIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
