QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDAt least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting industry (Big3 and others)Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical difficultyOutstanding communication, storytelling and facilitation skillsCollaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.Experience in managing a teamPrior experience at Big3 or other strategy consulting firms.
