You will be accountable for leading the design, implementation and development of analysis, tools and reports used for Visa's internal clients (leadership team and business units), translating complex data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for partnering with our stakeholders and providing them with best-in-class data analytics and solutions that support strategic, data-driven decision making and drive business performance with a clear value and measurable return.Principal Responsibilities:Working with, extracting and manipulating large volumes of data; analyzing, cleaning and visualizing large data sets; connecting the dots between a variety of sourcesDesigning, developing and implementing BI/reporting and analytic solutionsMaintaining regular reporting and providing bespoke data analysis to produce insights into performance of various business verticals and highlight opportunities for growthCreating and delivering powerful business-centric insights from data through visualization and storytellingCollaborating with partners and stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and desired business outcomes, monitoring requirements and managing requestsEnhancing existing analytical techniques by promoting new methodologies and best practicesProviding subject matter expertise and quality assurance of complex, data-driven analytical projects and tasksIdentifying opportunities to automate repeatable analysis or build streamlined solutionsWorking with the wider Data Science team, CEE Leadership Team and other Visa business functions, as applicable, to design and refine value proposition and foster collaborationThis is a hybrid position. This requires 3 days per week attendance in the Warsaw office.
