As a Manager on the Stablecoin team, you will be at the leading edge of Visa’s innovation. The problems you will solve on our team are some of the highest stakes, challenging questions Visa faces. In this role you will develop a toolkit in three domains: defining executive strategy, developing and designing product solutions, and creating practical commercial opportunities for Visa. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 5–8+ years of experience at top-tier Management Consulting firms, corporate strategy team, high performing startup, or investment bank Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry not required, but a plus Strong understanding of stablecoin ecosystems and broader digital asset market dynamics a plus Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment Track record of stakeholder management across technical, legal, compliance, and operational functions Experience working with legal and regulatory teams, particularly on financial regulations, digital assets, or compliance matters Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for executive leadership Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities Information for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $146,200.00 to $ 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
