The rolealso supports billing, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate across Global Product, Strategy, Partnerships, Pricing, and Legal, while engaging clients and ecosystem partners. Success requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-evolving digital commerce landscape. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven professional passionate about scaling digital wallets and advancing innovation across the payments ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Define market requirements for digital products and capabilities, and provide structured feedback to Global Product teams to influence roadmap prioritiesDrive the U.S. digital product, digital commerce, and card-not-present (CNP) roadmap, with a strong focus on advancing digital wallet initiativesEstablish and maintain robust program governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive steering updates across multiple concurrent workstreamsBuild and lead cross-functional coalitions, aligning priorities, resources, and timelines across Product, Technology, Pricing, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Government Relations, and external partnersIdentify, manage, and resolve interdependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; escalate issues with clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadershipBalance competing priorities, leverage synergies, and integrate initiatives to maximize overall program and commercialization impactSupport development of commercial constructs, including budgeting, pricing, incentives, and partnership structuresCapture best practices and lessons learned to build repeatable go-to-market playbooks for scalable product launchesPartner with Client Solutions teams to support pilot programs, new product exploration, and ongoing client engagementMaintain clear, concise executive communications, ensuring leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and key decisionsSupport billing, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure operational rigor and enable data-driven decision-making​ This is a hybrid position. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
