Manager, Strategic Alliances will lead Visa's relationships with key strategic partners including technology providers, processors, digital banking platforms, and System Integrators. This role is responsible for building executive relationships, defining joint go-to-market strategies, creating repeatable revenue motions, and delivering partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.Success in this role requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and commercial level. The ideal candidate will influence partner executives, align Visa and partner growth strategies, drive joint pipeline development, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.Essential Functions:Own strategic alliance relationships across a portfolio of priority partners Develop executive-level relationships and serve as the primary business owner for Visa's most strategic partnerships.Define and execute partnership strategies Create multi-year business plans that align partner capabilities with Visa growth priorities and revenue objectives.Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue Identify, develop, and accelerate commercial opportunities through joint sales motions and coordinated account strategies.Build joint go-to-market programs Develop repeatable sales plays, solution packages, and market engagement strategies that scale across partner channels.Coordinate executive engagement Establish governance models, executive sponsorship, Quarterly Business Reviews, and strategic planning sessions.Lead cross-functional partnership execution Orchestrate sales, product, marketing, client services, finance, legal, and operations teams to activate and scale partnerships.Expand Visa distribution and market reach Help partners integrate and promote Visa solutions across their platforms, offerings, and client relationships.Influence product and commercial strategy Capture market insights and partner feedback to improve solution positioning, commercialization, and competitive differentiation.Own partnership performance Maintain accountability for revenue, pipeline, adoption metrics, business plans, and overall partnership health.Build scalable partnership models Establish best practices, repeatable frameworks, and execution disciplines that accelerate time-to-revenue across the ecosystem.Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
