Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionAs a Workforce Planning Manager, you will support Visa’s workforce strategy by providing in-depth analysis and insights that help optimize headcount management. This role will focus on analyzing workforce data, supporting strategic workforce plans, and ensuring accurate headcount management. You will collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, People business partners, and Talent Acquisition to provide actionable insights and contribute to Visa’s 2030 People Team strategy.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate workforce planning “PODs” in collaboration with Finance, People Business Partner, and the business aligning on critical WFP decisions.Assist in managing workforce data in Workday, ensuring accurate data entry, position management, and validation of workforce plansProvide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support for delivery on key business requests, such as but not limited to cost / location strategies, span of control analysis, adherence to OD and LS principles, headcount movement, etcResearch headcount / position changes to support financial requests such as cost center changes, budget transfers, strategic organizational initiativesPerform periodic headcount clean-up exercises to ensure workforce plan data integrity (job posting title alignment, position closures)Analyze workforce data and trends supporting workforce intelligence.Assist w/ data collection for key WFP program / initiatives such as leadership development and early career program requestsGenerate and analyze workforce reports, highlighting different insights which may be used to drive further analysis and actions in the businessEnsure accuracy and reliability of workforce data and reporting by proactively validating formulas, queries, and outputs, while meeting defined timelines for analysis deliveryBe able to explain they how and why in reporting, formulas and analysis presented regardless of source (ie AI / CoPilot utilization)Ensure any utilization of AI tools are properly vetted for accuracy before sharing with stakeholdersApply learnings and exhibit growth and application to new concepts and requests and willingness to share new skills acquired with othersProvide accurate, timely, cross collaborative support for workforce planning requests across but not limited to Hiring Managers, Finance & People partnersCollaborate with Workforce planning peers ensuring workforce plans are aligned with Visa's business priorities, long-term strategic goals, and financial plan Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or business operationsExperience with Workday HCM and other HR systems for data entry and reportingStrong analytical skills, with experience in Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI/Tableau and/or other data analysis or workforce planning toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, with a fun attitude and drive to deliver quality workWillingness to take and apply feedback to further develop Workforce planning skillsInformation for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $116,300.00 to $ 186,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work HoursVaries upon the needs of the department.Travel RequirementsThis position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical RequirementsThis position will be performed in an office setting. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or business operations (experience, 5 years)
  • Experience with Workday HCM and other HR systems for data entry and reporting (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI/Tableau and/or other data analysis or workforce planning tools (experience)
