Start your Voyage – Apply NowGet to Know the OpportunityThe Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst’s primary role is providing asset management and analytical support related to the existing high yield commercial mortgage loan portfolio. This includes bridge loans and subordinate debt which typically include a value-add strategy to be monitored and supported. The key responsibilities include monitoring and communicating property operating performance, tracking key performance indicators, performing market research and analysis, and negotiating strategic concerns at the property, loan, and platform level.The Contributions You'll MakePerform in-depth financial analysis of value-add commercial properties and high yield commercial mortgage loan portfolio.Monitor quarterly financials to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Oversee property performance and manage loan strategies, including travel to properties and markets to identify existing and future risks and opportunities.Communicate investment insights to senior leadership and investors.Assist with borrower negotiations, loan modifications, and strategic opportunities. Assist with underwriting and analysis of broad portfolio and provide actionable recommendations.
