The Intern, Sales Coordinator role is crucial to the day to day running of internal operation and works across every aspect of the sales business, which includes taking part in working on proposals to clients and campaign execution. The Intern, Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Sales Planner on billing and administrative tasks within the team. Relevant media/agency experience and knowledge of advertising/publishing industry is preferred.Your Role Accountabilities...Assist the Senior Sales Planner with proposal development and other supporting documents tailored to relevant teams and clients. Support campaign execution and reporting. Assist with translations at any campaign stage. Research and consolidate data/insights on media trends, industry updates, and related ad campaigns. Support ad-hoc projects as required.Qualifications & ExperienceCurrently pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters degreeStrong passion in pursuing a media/agency/marketing career pathSome knowledge of global media landscape is a plusBasic Excel and Powerpoint skillsSelf-motivated and able to work both in a team and alone when allocated certain tasks and responsibilitiesFluent English and Mandarin is requiredDiligent and attentive to details, with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organized to ensure efficient time and task management.Highly motivated, proactive, and quick in picking up new knowledgeEnthusiastic personality who thrives in working in a cutting edge and fast pace environmentStrong communication and analytical skillsInterested applicants should be able to commit to a 6 Months internship commencing in January 2027.
