Join the team behind the blockbuster open world, action RPG Hogwarts Legacy as we create what’s next!Avalanche Software, a division of WB Games Inc., seeks a TEMPORARY Associate Outsourcing Art Coordinator to join the team behind Hogwarts Legacy. This temporary role blends foundational game art and production coordination, helping to track, create, and inventory high-quality game assets while supporting schedules, documentation, communication, and cross-department collaboration throughout the development cycle.**This is a hybrid onsite role at our Avalanche Studio in Salt Lake City, UT. Relocation assistance is not provided for our Temporary roles. The DailyWork with internal and external art teams to coordinate tasks, priorities and tracking through approval, on milestone deliverables.Set up and deploy tasks and feedback through our tracking and communication tools.Review assets in Unreal, Maya and Perforce:Ensure visual and technical specifications of assets.Ensure accurate pathing and folder structures.Search and update Unreal assets to clearly communicate status to the team.Work in our various tracking tools to create and ensure task status is always up to date.Document assets for future brand and other related approvals.Support ad hoc art and production needs. The EssentialsGeneral understanding of game assets and asset creation pipeline, from concept to engine.Working knowledge of Unreal Engine, Perforce, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and general file managementExperience with Miro, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office applications, and ShotGrid/Flow.Good communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and written documentation skills.Able to communicate concepts and tasks, verbally or in written format to other disciplines, across art and production.Communicate concepts, decisions, feedback, and deliverable status clearly across art, production, and other development disciplines.Interacts with others as necessary to facilitate the hand-off and completion of deliverables.Experience collaborating with remote teams or different time zones that require specific directions to maintain production velocity is a plus.A degree in a related discipline or adjacent field is helpful; familiarity with the various phases of game development is a plus.
