This role works closely with post production staff, clients, and front office teams to ensure smooth workflow, efficient scheduling and high-quality client service. The position reports directly to the Executive Director of Post Production Creative Services.Your Role Accountabilities...Client Services & OperationsCoordinate daily client service needs and ensure a high level of supportServe as a point of contact for clients, staff and production teamsRespond to requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a strong on-site presence to support post production and client needsOffice & Administrative SupportManage front office operations, including phones and scheduling supportOrder and maintain office and production suppliesCoordinate food orders and logistics for stages & crewsTrack & submit employee time & attendance recordsCode and track work orders across multiple stagesPerform general administrative tasks as neededEnsuring stages are set up, stocked, clean and prepared for clientsSales & Post Production SupportAssist with TV & Feature sales support, including bid preparation and researchCreate & maintain spreadsheets for sales tracking and reportingAnalytics & SystemsTrack departmental data and sales metrics using ExcelUtilize Media Pulse scheduling softwareTime and Attendance submitter for represented employeesCoding/tracking work orders for multiple profit centersQualifications & Experiences...RequiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailProfessional and client-focused mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamNot Required but preferred experience:1+ year experience in Post Production (sound and/or picture)Familiarity with Media Pulse scheduling softwareCollege degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of the Local #700 Collective Bargaining Agreement (a plus)How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $37,172.00 - $69,033.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
