Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Senior Technical Program Manager for Global DAP organization. In this role, you will work closely with Head of Data & Analytics and many internal and external teams to deliver successful projects for the company. The ideal candidate will excel at large scale program management, executive communication and presentation, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be capable of driving project success by working closely with many engineering and business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and tech executives, engineers, data scientists to understand project details, dependencies and build end to end program.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of data pipelines and instrumentation flows, including event schema definitions (JSON payloads), data ingestion, validation, and downstream analytics consumption, with the ability to partner closely with engineering teams on implementation tradeoffs.

• Own and drive Analytics Implementation Proposals (AIPs) end-to-end, including defining analytics requirements, schema events, attributes, and instrumentation details for new and existing features, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering and QA teams.
