Job title: Director, VIP Ticketing & ExperiencesYour role:The Director, VIP Ticketing & Experiences will be responsible for developing, selling, and executing VIP ticketing programs across a roster of artists. This role owns the full lifecycle of VIP experiences, from concepting and pricing to execution and settlement, ensuring each program is both commercially successful and aligned with the artist’s vision.This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with artists, managers, agents, and internal teams to build premium fan experiences that drive revenue and deepen fan engagement.Here you'll get to:Concept and develop VIP ticketing packages tailored to each artist and tour Own the P&L for VIP programs, including pricing strategy, forecastingLead artist and management conversations to pitch, refine, and approve VIP offerings Design fan experiences that are operationally feasible and aligned with artist expectationsOversee execution planning, ensuring all VIP elements are clearly defined and deliveredProvide ongoing ticketing updates, performance tracking, and sales reportingManage financial settlements for shows in coordination with finance and tour teamsPartner closely with tour logistics to ensure seamless on-site executionCoordinate across internal teams including production, creative, and operations to bring programs to lifeAbout you:You are both strategic and detail-oriented, able to move from big-picture concepting to on-the-ground executionYou are comfortable owning financial outcomes and making decisions that impact profitabilityYou are confident working directly with artists, managers, and agentsYou understand the pace and complexity of live touring environmentsYou are highly organized and able to manage multiple tours and timelines simultaneouslyYou have experience in VIP ticketing and experiencesWe’d love it if you also had:7+ years of experience in VIP ticketing, touring, live events, or experiential programsStrong understanding of ticketing platforms and tour operationsExperience building and managing P&LsFamiliarity with settlement processes for live eventsExisting relationships with artist teams, managers, or agenciesAs the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
