This role works closely with the Recruitment Manager and Division Vice Presidents to address recruitment priorities and provide regular updates.Success in this role is driven by building strong relationships across Region, Division, and District teams, while communicating in a timely and effective manner.The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for active roles, while proactively building a talent pool of future talent aligned with our operational values and corporate culture.As a Field Recruiter with us, the minimum responsibilities are:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experiencePartner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and develop strategic hiring plansSource, screen, and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates for current and future hiring needsBuild and execute creative recruitment strategies to promote our brand, culture, and opportunitiesStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to guide hiring decisionsDevelop and maintain relationships with passive candidates, educational institutions, and industry networksCollaborate with Districts to develop innovative solutions for hard-to-fill rolesSupport the Recruitment Team by sharing candidate talent pools, assisting with sourcing efforts, and contributing to team initiatives as neededParticipate in and lead recruitment-related projects, driving continuous improvement in processes and strategiesUse recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate and enhance hiring effectivenessMaintain high standards of professionalism and confidentialityProvide consistent updates to hiring managers and manage expectations throughout the recruitment processIdentify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with the team to drive efficiencyTravel to District locations as requiredWhat We Need From You4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a professional environment using an ATSExperience in industrial, logistics, or transportation recruitment is an assetProficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and CRM toolsStrong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilityStrong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environmentValid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicleWillingness and ability to travel to various districts/regionsWhat You’ll Get From Us:Competitive Wages ($70,000 - $90,000 annual salary plus bonus)Retirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your futureBenefits; Medical, Dental, VisionPerks, perks, perks!
