Scott Waste is seeking a safety-minded Non CDL Driver to join our team in Nashville, TN!About the Role: We provide trash and disposal services along with Portable Toilet solutions to the local community. As a key team member, you will safely operate our Pump Truck to service portable toilets in neighborhoods, construction sites, and special event locations, delivering top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:Safely operating the Pumper truck in various locationsReading route sheets and servicing each customer as assignedPerforming daily pre and post-trip inspectionsHandling physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, and bendingOperating hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trashInteracting courteously with customersPerforming other miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedWork Environment: This role involves working with personal refuse year-round, in all weather conditions.
