Job Description
Groot / Waste Connections is seeking a safety-focused Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a background in logistics, transportation, or waste management operations who is ready to take the next step in their career.In this role, you’ll supervise garbage truck drivers, oversee daily route operations, manage dispatch, and drive safety performance. - CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred or willingness to obtain (experience)

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills (experience)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (degree)
- Willingness to relocate for promotion within the company (a plus) (experience)
