This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement—ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership.What You’ll DoLead and assign daily work to solid waste collection crews.Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed to meet service goals.Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices.Address and resolve customer concerns related to collection services.Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and feedback.Support and implement safety initiatives and compliance programs (OSHA, environmental, local permits).Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals.What You Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree strongly preferred.Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics is required.Internal CDTs are highly encouraged to applyClass B CDL (or ability to obtain within 90 days).Willingness to relocate- relocation packages may be availableStrong communication skills—both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com.
