If you love working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll DoMaintain systems in our Rochester distribution and manufacturing facilitiesRepair equipment for emergency and non-emergency needs; perform unsupervised repairs on industrial refrigeration, HVAC and control systems with proper troubleshooting and safety techniquesCreate and maintain timely records of workInteract and coordinate with maintenance vendorsWork and communicate effectively with a team, assisting other personnel as necessary to ensure all tasks are completed safely and in a timely mannerUnderstand and comply with food and human safety procedures while performing maintenance tasksMaintain Wegmans’ high standards of quality and incredible customer service at all timesRequired Qualifications5 or more years of experience in industrial refrigerationSound mechanical and electrical background, as well as knowledge of welding and plumbingStrong computer skills, with ability to interface with various building and control systems
