We’re looking for someone we can trust to address all safety and security concerns!Click HERE to learn more and get a feel for the role!What You'll DoMaintain high visibility near the front entrance and survey the outside parking areasEscort employees and/or customers as requestedIntervene with and effectively diffuse customer conflictsInspect perimeter doors, windows and gates to ensure high levels of securityMonitor store environment to deter undesirable activity on the propertyRequirements1+ years full-time experience as a sworn police officer with arrest authority in a military, municipal, county, state, or federal police agencyValid license to carry a firearmValid driver’s licenseConflict management and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressureEffective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful environmentsAbility to anticipate, analyze and identify opportunitiesPreferred ExperienceAssociate’s degree in criminal justice or related fieldCertified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)AED, APR and FAC certified
