Job Description:In this role, you will take part in a 1-2 year accelerated training program allowing you to work hands-on in the kitchen at Next Door. You'll work with products, create dishes and guests to strengthen your culinary skills and passion. You will learn about Wegmans values, business measures and culinary standards while mastering recipes and cooking techniques with the aim of becoming a successful sous chef upon completion of the program.
