About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.In this role, you will:Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staffRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military training or educationDesired Qualifications:Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics/Law/LegalExperience in Power BI, Tableau and MacroMinimum of 2 years managing business continuity within an global organizationKnowledge of technology and business concepts, life cycles and processesSound verbal and written communication and ability to articulate and present data/reports and/or facilitate meetingsJob Expectations:Willing to work US hoursWilling to work on-siteOTHER DELIVERABLES:Update business continuity plans – Post approvals from Business Resiliency Managers and Resiliency OfficersCreate new business continuity plans/functions/strategies - Post approvals from Business Resiliency Managers and Resiliency OfficersComplete annual exercise and maintenance items depending on plan type (Essential vs Deferrable)Work to develop and expand data maintenance automation in both ORS to facilitate execution of maintenance activities and drive efficiencyEnsure facilitation of all global resiliency activities occur within business group/enterprise functionRespond to management deliverables, i.e., Audit requirementsEnsure proper coordination of GDA Transitioned functions and required updates in ORSEnsure required Wells Fargo BCP Certifications are obtainedUnderstand and communicate business incident information at time of incidentUnderstand and adhere to the Enterprise Communications process for incidentsUpdate and Maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA)Document Recovery Simulation – Functional ExerciseSupport Plan WalkthroughsSupport Record VerificationSupport Plan DistributionSupport RTO/RPO ReviewParticipate in Everbridge Testing (automated call tree)Support in the response respond to EBCP Plan ProfilesComplete certification requirements -
