The programme is designed to introduce you to the core activities of investment banking within a collaborative and professional environment.During this ten-week programme, you will join teams such as Investment Banking (Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund Finance or Debt Capital Markets and Advisory) as well as our Corporate Banking teams. These teams help clients raise debt and equity capital, pursue growth opportunities, and manage financing risk. You will work on research and analysis, assist with presentations, and gain exposure to the internal processes that support live deals. Training and mentorship are built into the programme to help you grow your technical knowledge and professional confidence.Summer Analyst Programme 2027The programme duration is 10 weeks starting in late June 2027 and is designed to provide you with the unique opportunity to discover our CIB business, culture, and how we collaborate to deliver solutions for our clients. The programme offers organised activities such as classroom training and networking opportunities to boost your professional development.Banking and Capital Markets (“BCM”) OverviewThe BCM team sits within Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank and is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients. Combining strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilities, our team excels in delivering exceptional execution.
