Wells Fargo’s Specialized Industries Technology Banking Group is seeking a Lead Relationship Manager to expand our Pacific Northwest Early Stage team. In this role, you will:Develop, retain, and expand complex client relationships by understanding financial priorities and decision‑maker needs, while proactively identifying new opportunities across the Wells Fargo platform to drive multi‑line revenue growth.Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, and other partner groupsGather financial statements to analyze and make recommendations based on findings.Develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levelsStay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technologyRepresent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferencesDrive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutionsMaintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systemsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategyLocal in-market networkExperience developing partnerships, externally and internallyAccount relationship management experience and treasury management product knowledgeTreasury Management product knowledgeTrusted industry relationships-operational, C-suite and/or board levelsUnderstands segments, markets, technology, venture capitalExperience and knowledge related to key risks for companies within the Technology industry, including pre-profit VC-backed companiesEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degreeJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work scheduleAbility to travel up to 20% of the time Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education (experience, 5 years)
