About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Product Portfolio Specialist within the Vendor Finance team, on the Healthcare and Industrial Finance group.In this role, you will:Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area, including sharing relevant information with coverage team partnersMay be assigned a contractual territory and responsible for managing partner relationships to ensure deal opportunities are directed to the business, in alignment with agreement termsReview and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsIndependently review and analyze client portfolios, including complex scenarios, for key issues related to cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, collateral or enterprise value analysis, and repayment sources, including for use in periodic reviews as well as interim underwriting memorandaPartner with coverage teams within the context of individual deals and client relationships, to understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions to identify and execute on opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancingsLead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impact and handle portfolio of accounts and regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions, where applicableStrategically collaborate with peers, functional partners, and middle to senior level managers to resolve client issues and actively contribute to large-scale planning related to a given product or specialty’s business objectivesMake decisions and resolve complex, multi-faceted issues and lead a team to meet a given product’s or specialty’s objectives while leveraging a sound understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet business objectives and drive new initiativesPartner with product management functional partners to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategiesServe as a mentor for less experienced individualsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:5+ years of equipment finance, vendor finance, or specialty lending experience.Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and execute complex lending transactions from origination through closing.Strong credit and financial analysis skills with experience developing tailored financing solutions.Demonstrated success partnering across credit, risk, legal, and operations to drive deal execution.Executive presence with the ability to present transaction recommendations and influence strategic decisions.Job Expectations:Ability to travel 10% of the timeIn office requirement of 4 days in officeNot eligible for visa sponsorshipPay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education (experience, 5 years)

  • Partner with coverage teams within the context of individual deals and client relationships, to understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions to identify and execute on opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancings
