About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product ManagerIn this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancementsConduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and servicesReview and analyze complex major product lines and servicesImplement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexityMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impactOversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience in Commercial Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Lending, Receivables Finance, Treasury Management, Payments, or related banking domains.Experience supporting platform modernization, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Knowledge of banking regulatory, risk, and control frameworks.Experience with SQL, Power BI, data analytics, and reporting tools.Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven product decision making.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern product operating models.5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.Experience leading Agile product delivery teams and managing backlogs within complex enterprise environments.Strong experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and release planning activities.Experience working closely with engineers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Ability to influence outcomes and drive execution in matrixed organizational environments.Posting End Date: 8 Sep 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
