About this role:Within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), the Advisor Recruiting team is responsible for driving the firm’s organic growth by attracting top Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels.Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement – Advisor Recruiting & Integration to play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle.This role will focus on data-driven analysis, go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement, and integration support, ensuring a seamless transition from recruiting through advisor onboarding and productivity ramp.
