About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.In this role, you will:Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and businessDevelop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutionsContribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirementsDrive solutions to reduce recoveryReview and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotationsDesign, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practicesDesign complex system upgradesResolve troublesome trends as they developDevelop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurringDirect the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure successCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:4+ years of compute, storage, virtualization, and containerization platform engineering experience.2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes/OpenShift experience in large environments.Automation of complex infrastructure workflows using Terraform/Ansible.Hands-on scripting using Python, Go, or Bash.Experience with GitOps (Argo CD, Flux) and CI/CD automation.Hybrid cloud engineering (on-prem, Azure, GCP) including multi-cloud connectivity and security.Strong background in platform reliability, SLOs, observability, and automation-first operating models.Experience delivering OpenShift Virtualization and modernization programs.Experience with Prisma integrations for vulnerability and drift automation.Experience designing platform-wide observability dashboards and analytics pipelines.Financial services or regulatory industry experience.Certifications: CKA/CKAD, RHCSA/RHCE, Terraform Associate, Azure/GCP Professional.Posting End Date: 30 Dec 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
