Wells Fargo is back in the office collaborating for fabulous outcomes!This role is a hybrid position and in the office three days a week and work from home two days a week.The role is seated in the city posted on the req.There is no visa sponsorship or visa transfers for this position.If you're a ServiceNow builder, not a ServiceNow administrator, this opportunity is for you. You'll own the delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, implementing APIs, integrations, workflows, and Service Catalog capabilities while supporting a bi-weekly release cycle.We're looking for a certified ServiceNow expert who combines strong engineering capabilities with AI-enabled development practices and excels at partnering across teams to turn business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.In this role, you will:Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffWork with Agile Scrum Team composing of delivery team members located both onshore and offshore.Demonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g Github Copilot, NowAssist, and approved code centric agents)Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis and troubleshootingApply strong technical judgement when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutionsUnderstand and account for model limitations, security risks and operational considerations.Apply AI responsibly in development and production environmentsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of ServiceNow experience3+ years of ServiceNow experience with Service Catalog3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow3+ years of experience with Agile in a development environment3 + years of API development and other integration framework2+ years of GenAI/Agentic AI development using tools such as NowAssist, Tachyon and other AI modelling toolsServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, AND (CAD) Certified Application DeveloperSupport ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches during off-hours, production releases and validate Service Catalog implementationsDesired Qualifications:Web Services and integration experienceKnowledge and understanding of technology architecture: solutions involving API developmentAbility to develop reports and metricsKnowledge and understanding of all phases of project development and testing lifecycleExperience in testing automation using Testing tools such as ATF, Playwright, Octane and othersExperience using the team collaboration software ConfluenceOther ServiceNow CertificationsJob Expectations:Wells Fargo will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship or a work visa transfer from Wells Fargo now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.Willingness to work on-site 3days a week, 8hours a day, at stated location on the job opening (This position offers a hybrid work schedule)Relocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting End Date: 2 Sep 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
