Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Manage and develop a team of business bankers with a focus on customer relationship development, customer experience, and risk managementPromote the growth of the business by implementing strategies to increase revenue by onboarding new customers, deepening the relationship with existing customers, and retaining existing credit or deposit balancesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentMake decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of team to meet business objectivesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managersCollaborate with other managers and department leadership in hiring, training, or development and evaluation of individuals' performanceManage allocation of people and financial resources for Small Business Banking Relationship ManagementMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentThis LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessaryPay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
