About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst, Vice President, to spearhead the development of Liquidity analytics, responsible for supporting liquidity solutions, reporting, modeling and automation efforts, and data projects centered on Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST); 2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR); and Recovery and Resolution Planning. The ideal candidate has a risk mindset, intellectual curiosity, strong leadership skills, experience running multiple high visibility initiatives, takes a hands-on approach and demonstrates strong analytical skills. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who learns quickly and enjoys taking on challenges. The candidate can work independently as well as part of a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and is comfortable communicating effectively to senior leadership.In this role, you will:Build best in class tools that directly inform the risk position of the firm.Drive aspects of a critical liquidity function, complex projects, and initiatives.Ensure deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk and regulatory requirements.Guide technology partners in the design of our computational needs and backbone.Interact with leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives.Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including leadership.Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:Experience within Treasury, Liquidity Management, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Finance, Risk Management, or a related financial services function.Knowledge of liquidity risk management, funding, balance sheet management, liquidity reporting, regulatory reporting, or related treasury concepts.Programming experience in Python including data analysis, automation, and solution development.Programming experience in SQL including complex querying, data modeling, and database development.Experience building reporting, analytics, and automation solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar technologies.Experience with Alteryx development and workflow automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.Experience supporting software development lifecycle practices including testing, release management, governance, and change management.Experience supporting audit, regulatory, governance, risk, or control management activities.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.Job Expectations:Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule.Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Relocation assistance not available for this position.Position Locations: 401 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC194 Wood Ave South, Iselin, NJPay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
